Inspirational Graphic Works From Abroad
Coming up with something new and creative requires a great deal of inspiration, often from different parts of the world. That’s why in this article we bring you 5 very different designers who are currently inspiring us.
Luxury souvenir – Olivia Cleary
Olivia Cleary is a designer who has brought a new wind to luxury fashion. For a long time, her big dream was to become an architect and she planned to work in this field after graduating from university. However, her plans were thwarted by the covid pandemic. Unable to find employment in her field, she started an event decorating business.
It wasn’t long before Olivia decided to combine her two passions – architecture and fashion. This is how The Clearly Collective brand was born. At first, she worked with prototypes of dresses that featured a print of Olivia’s favorite bar, but for the sake of production, she opted for a simpler version of the product – a foulard.
People can appreciate when a piece is well made and appreciate it even more when it tells a story. The scarves from The Clearly Collective have minimalist graphics on them of places and buildings that are typical of cities, states, or people, and so have also become a very stylish, luxurious, and practical souvenir.

Judge a book by its cover – Elisha Zepeda
Elisha Zepeda worked as a sales clerk in a bookstore alongside his studies. He was not only interested in the content of the books but what attracted him the most was their cover. He liked to be inspired by the graphics on the covers and was also very interested in customers’ reactions to different graphic treatments of book covers. It’s easy to say that we shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, but according to Elisha, it’s the cover that sells the book.
Elisha started working in graphic design and began documenting his work on social media. He is currently working mainly as a book cover graphic designer and you can see some of his creations below. You can also follow him on his Instagram.
